New Strategy, to help the team and newbies?

HI, I was thinking that bombing on long range targets like factories and capitols is fun, but not as helping a win. I was thinking it could provide a great mission, to teach Newbies how to bomb and how to be a good bomber pilot. We could teach them gunnery and accurate bombing. It would also serve to annoy the enemy and maybe distract them so we can do fighter sweeps. I think it would be a plus plus, new people learn how to bomb targets, hopefully we could get a ok number to distract them while, the people who have been here for a while go and grab a few bases while no ones looking.

Sounds like an awesome idea - it would also serve to teach people how to lead missions - basics like, "Lead bomber reduces throttle to allow stragglers to catch up" - something most bomb group leaders fail to do.
